What Website Development Costs in India in 2026
What a business website costs in India in 2026, broken down by type — and the four things that actually move the number, from page count to integrations.

We build websites, mobile apps, SaaS products, CRM and ERP systems, and AI automation. One team, start to finish. One fixed price, quoted against a written scope. Every line of code, every design file and every account is yours to keep.
Four promises we make on every project — no retainer required.
Websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, CRM and ERP systems, AI automation, SEO, UI/UX design, graphic design and cyber security — built by one team instead of five vendors. That matters because most delays happen in the gaps between suppliers. Here, the people who design your software are the people who build it. Search, performance and security are planned from day one, not added after launch.
Three platforms, each built for one client first. We hardened them into products any business in that industry can run.

From the first lead to the handover
Lead management, site visits, loan and subsidy documents and installation tracking in one platform — built for solar businesses and EPCs running multiple branches.
Six industries we build for most often. Each page sets out the systems that sector actually runs on, and the problems they are bought to solve. Start here if that is easier than picking a service.
Fifteen commitments that hold on every project, whatever its size. How the price is set, how the work runs, and what you keep at the end. These are the terms of working with us, not features of a package.
06Process
The first two stages cost nothing. You get the ranked problem list, then the written specification and one fixed price — and only then decide whether to go ahead. Every stage after that ends with something you can open and use. Lengths are typical: a website runs shorter, a CRM or SaaS build longer.
Chargeable once you approve the quoteChargeable from here
We work out what is actually wrong, which is often not what the brief says. You get a ranked list of the problems, the options for each one, and an honest answer on whether we are the right people to fix them.
You receive
One document naming every deliverable, the order they are built in, the timeline, and the assumptions behind it. It is written so you could hand it to another company and get comparable quotes. Your fixed price is quoted against that document, and nothing is chargeable until you approve it.
You receive
Screens and technical architecture are decided together rather than one after the other. We specify the awkward cases too — what a page shows before data arrives, when a list is empty, when something fails — because those are cheap to settle now and expensive to find after launch. Where it matters, we test the screens with people who will actually use them.
You receive
Two-week sprints against the specification, each ending with something you can open and use rather than a status report. Every change is checked against agreed speed and accessibility targets before it ships, so the site does not quietly get slower as the project grows.
You receive
We launch with monitoring, analytics and redirects already in place, so nothing that ranked before quietly disappears. After that we work from what the numbers show, on a fixed review schedule, rather than a roadmap agreed months earlier.

07Typical Timelines
Measured from the signed specification to launch. The specification and the fixed quote arrive in week two of every engagement, and nothing is chargeable until you approve them.
Deciding whether to build at all, or what to fix first
Ranked problem list, options and costs, honest fit assessment
A business that needs to be found and taken seriously
Design system, build, search setup, analytics, full handover
A repetitive task costing you measurable hours every week
Scoped to an hours-saved target, built, then retested against it
Something customers open more than once a week
Native or cross-platform build, store accounts in your name
A team outgrowing spreadsheets and per-seat licences
Data model, migration from your current tools, roles, training
A product you intend to sell to many customers
Architecture, multi-tenant build, subscriptions, monitoring
Fast pathUpper end of the rangeRanges are typical, not a quote — the quote is one fixed number written against your scope.
What to specify, what to measure, and which supplier promises to be sceptical of. Useful whether or not you ever hire us.
Cost, timelines, ownership and where we work. Answered in the first sentence, because you should not have to book a call to find out.
One fixed price, quoted against a written specification, before any work starts. A website or portfolio typically runs six to nine weeks; a SaaS product or CRM twelve to sixteen. We do not bill hourly, and we do not require a retainer to begin. Scope changes are priced before they are started, never after.
Not until the second stage. Discovery is free: we work out what is actually wrong and tell you honestly whether we are the right people to fix it. You only pay once you have the written specification and the fixed quote in hand, and payment runs against named milestones from there.
You do, from the first commit rather than at handover. The repository, the design files, the documentation, and the hosting and store accounts are in your name throughout. Fonts and third-party licences are registered to you. There is no per-seat fee and no platform lock-in, and we hand over everything another team would need to pick the work up.
Yes. We are based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and work with clients across India as well as in the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Canada and Australia. The process is the same wherever you are: written specification, fixed price, direct access to the people building it, and a response within one business day.
Because we have structured the engagement so you do not carry it. Discovery costs nothing, and you see a full written specification before you are asked for any money. The price is fixed against that document rather than open-ended. The code, the design files and the accounts are in your name from the first day, so if it goes badly you can hand the work to somebody else and keep everything. We would rather win the project on those terms than on a client list.
Tell us what is not working, and what it is costing you. You will get an honest read on which of the nine services applies and what it would involve. Then a fixed quote against a written specification. Nothing is chargeable before that — wherever you are, and whether or not you are anywhere near Bhubaneswar.
